Work is well underway at Park Rise Estate in Dora Creek, with Newcastle Steel Frames & Trusses supporting the team at Eternal Homes across Stage One of the development.

Once complete, Park Rise Estate will consist of approximately 340 new homes, helping support continued residential growth across Dora Creek and the surrounding western Lake Macquarie region.

For Stage One, Newcastle Steel Frames & Trusses has supplied 12 homes to date, with a further 3 still to come. Eternal Homes is a fairly new client for NSFT, and we’ve been working together successfully for over a year across western Lake Macquarie and the Lower Hunter.

This project features Super-Span Floor Systems, installed by Newcastle Steel Frames & Trusses to deliver a strong, reliable flooring solution for each build.
